Fava-Roni Pizza
Ingredients:
- Your favorite Flatbread (or fresh pizza dough if that’s your jam)
- Your favorite BBQ sauce (pizza marinara works too)
- Your favorite Pepperoni, sliced (or skip for vegetarian)
- Red onion, rough chopped
- Fava Bean Microgreens, rough chopped
- Mozzarella cheese, grated
- Salt & Pepper
- Micro Cilantro for garnish
Process
- Slather your flatbread with the sauce of your choice
- Spread pepperoni, red onion and fava bean microgreens in layers over the pizza
- Cover in mozzarella and seaon with salt and pepper
- Bake at 450 for 10-15 minutes or until desired donness (we like the crust crispy)
- Garnoish with micro cilantro, slice and serve
